Partrige Meal & Poutine

Subject: PARTRIDGE POUTINE PARTRIDGE POUTINE Take all the birds that have been hit hard with pellets( that's not a problem for our hunters) place in roast pan. For each bird mix one cup of water with 6 shots of the following : Ketchup Worcestershire 57 sauce HP sauce (Hot sauce to taste) 1-3 Salt & pepper Place in oven 375 for 1 hr and baste birds for 15 minutes or until meat will fall of of bones. Remove bones from stew like mixture, remove led shot from pan or steel shot with magnet, Thicken mixture with flour to a gravy like pulled partridge poutine consistency, then put together with fries,cheese curdes or (Monterey Jack ) my favourite but maybe eliminate hot sauce. Enjoy & good hunting. Chicken or turkey could be used as a substitute . Wilma's Oven Roasted Fries Run several medium size potatoes through chipper & place in bowl & drizzle oil over the potatoes after rinsing the fries in cold water & patting dry. Season with salad seasoning then spread fries on cookie sheet & place in oven @ 425 for 20 minutes turns the fries over @ 10 minute mark. Combine the fries with Partridge Poutine gravy & cheese curds or favourite cheese & enjoy this jacked up extreme Poutine.
