Can'T Wait for Spring 2013

WOW what a winter, snow, snow and more snow, Its been a long time since we had a winter so cold and windy,
The upside of this is searching out new products on the Internet and being able to compare items that you are interested in. Being such a long winter I was able to find one of the most exciting products I have seen in many years. THE GREEN MOUNTAIN GRILL.
                                                                         

Well we got it and it looks really great. Now comes the fun Easter Sunday Temp -12 C with a wind at 30 klm.out of the North will it work on an 16 Lb turkey.

                                                                           

                                                                   
Well here is your answer, Looked good, smelt good and really tasted good.
 It was fantastic it was almost set it and forget it.

 Next the simple presentation & remember these are my first attempts at cooking on this great Bar B Q /Smoker fired with wood pellets.
It really is a set It & Forget unit. No flare ups complete Temperature control with a remote & as they say when you have to open all the time to see if its not burning your not cooking,Check every hour if you must,  but its important  when your looking your not cooking.

                                                                        

Well after all this its time for a cool drink, ice tea maybe, no I think a hot Chocolate or Toddy
